Our Story
Shine Health is a story of mental health transformation and lasting friendship - a journey from being curled up on a bench in a hospital hallway to serving others in their recovery...and a friendship that endured.

Giving Back Together
1% of profits are donated to The Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre because this amazing institution played an important part in our co-founder's recovery.
